WARRANTY

At bloombag, we stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our bags. That’s why every bag you purchase comes with a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

How the Warranty Works

If your bag develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we are happy to assist. Please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you have your proof of purchase ready.

  2. Contact our Customer Care team at support@mybloombag.com

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue along with photos or videos that clearly show the fault.

Whenever possible, we will repair your bag to restore it to full functionality. If a repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement or exchange of your bag.

 


 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., scratches, scuffs, minor fabric fraying).

  • Accidental damage or misuse.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Zippers, hardware, or components that have worn out due to regular use.

  • Bags showing excessive damage from prolonged or improper use.

 


 

Additional Information

  • The one-year warranty starts from the original purchase date. Receiving a replacement bag does not extend or reset the warranty.

  • If the specific bag you purchased is no longer available, we will provide either store credit or a comparable item of equal value.
