WARRANTY
At bloombag, we stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our bags. That’s why every bag you purchase comes with a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
How the Warranty Works
If your bag develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we are happy to assist. Please follow these steps:

Ensure you have your proof of purchase ready.

Provide a brief description of the issue along with photos or videos that clearly show the fault.
Whenever possible, we will repair your bag to restore it to full functionality. If a repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement or exchange of your bag.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., scratches, scuffs, minor fabric fraying).

Accidental damage or misuse.

Lost or stolen items.

Zippers, hardware, or components that have worn out due to regular use.

Bags showing excessive damage from prolonged or improper use.
Additional Information

The one-year warranty starts from the original purchase date. Receiving a replacement bag does not extend or reset the warranty.

If the specific bag you purchased is no longer available, we will provide either store credit or a comparable item of equal value.
