What is your return policy?

We hope you love your bloombag order, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, unless they are faulty. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for returns received after this period.
We will process all returns for a refund for any item you’re not completely happy with, as long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. The cost of the item will be refunded to your original method of payment.  Funds may take up to 10 working days to appear back into your account, depending on your bank’s policy.

Please include the packing slip from your original order inside the return parcel. This helps us quickly identify your order and the reason for the return.

Do you offer free returns?

All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return goods.


Should I get tracking for my return?

We recommend that customers provide tracking information for all returned items. This helps us keep an eye on your return and ensures it is processed smoothly and promptly. 

Processing Your Refund

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. Once your refund has been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What to do if my product has arrived damaged?

If you think your product is faulty, please contact us at support@bloombag.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a brief description and a photo of the issue. Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps to resolve the problem quickly.
